Support
Mail support@tracston.com with your device model, Android version and the stage number. Progress is stored on the device, so please mention whether reinstalling is an option before you do it — there is no cloud save to restore from.
Check that the device runs Android 8.0 or newer and has roughly 200 MB free. Play Store errors of the form DF-DFERH-01 are a Play Store cache problem rather than a Gravity Station one.
Progress lives only on the device, so uninstalling clears it. There is no account and no cloud backup to restore from.
The same build installs on Android tablets and scales to the larger board sizes.
Launch window
Gravity Station is free on Google Play, works with the radio off, and never asks you to sign in.
