1. Who these terms are with

Gravity Station (the “Game”) and this website are published by Tracston LTD (“we”, “us”). Installing the Game or using this site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not install the Game.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not: reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Game except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded; redistribute, resell, sublicense or rent it; strip or alter any notices in it; or publish modified builds of it.

3. Where to get the Game

The Game is distributed through Google Play and, once published, the Apple App Store. We do not distribute installable packages anywhere else. Builds obtained from third-party mirrors, APK aggregators or unofficial stores are outside our control, are not supported, and may have been modified.

4. Streaming, video and coverage

You may record, stream and monetise gameplay footage of the Game on video and streaming platforms, including with commentary. Please credit “Gravity Station by Tracston LTD”. This permission covers gameplay footage; it does not grant rights to the short film, the key art or the character designs, which need written permission.

5. Price and content

The Game is currently free, contains no advertising and offers no in-app purchases. We may change the Game, add or remove features, or stop publishing it. Nothing here promises that a specific feature will exist in a future version.

6. Your device and your progress

Game progress is stored locally on your device. There is no account, no cloud save and no server-side copy. Uninstalling the Game, resetting the device or clearing app data deletes that progress permanently, and we cannot recover it.

7. No warranty

The Game and this site are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tracston LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of data or game progress, arising from your use of the Game or this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect statutory rights you have under the law of your country of residence, and nothing here requires you to give them up.

10. Platform terms

Downloading through Google Play or the Apple App Store also puts you under those platforms' own terms. Those terms are between you and the platform. Neither Google nor Apple is a party to these terms, and neither is responsible for the Game or for support of it.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version always lives at this URL with the “last updated” date at the top of the page.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tracston LTD is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions: support@tracston.com.

Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. The “Get it on Google Play” badge is used under Google's badge guidelines.

Screenshots, key art and stills from this site may be reproduced in reviews, articles and coverage of the Game with attribution to Tracston LTD. Mail support@tracston.com for higher-resolution files.

Takedown and infringement

If you believe material on this site infringes your rights, write to support@tracston.com with the URL, a description of the work and a statement of your rights in it. We act on complete notices.

In the game

Gravity Station is built with the Unity engine. The build contains no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK and no crash-reporting beacon. It makes no network requests in normal play.

On this website

This site is deliberately plain about what it loads:

No third-party JavaScript, no tag managers, no A/B testing tools
No advertising or retargeting pixels
No web fonts loaded from an external CDN — the site uses your system fonts
No cookies set by this site, and no local storage used for tracking
All images, video and audio are served from this domain

The only requests that leave this domain are ones you start yourself: following the Google Play link, mailing us, or opening the company website.

Server logs

Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) for security and operations. They are not used to build profiles, are not shared with advertisers, and are rotated on a normal schedule. See the privacy policy.

Audio

The ambience track on this site and the music in the Game are licensed for use in Gravity Station and are not redistributable on their own.
