Because none of it is transmitted, there is no central database of players to breach, subpoena or sell. There is also nothing to restore if you uninstall the game.

1. Who we are

Gravity Station is developed and published by Tracston LTD. Questions about this policy: support@tracston.com.

2. Information we collect

Gravity Station is designed to be played without creating an account. The game does not collect personal information on Tracston LTD servers.

The game stores the following locally on your device to make normal gameplay work: level progression, completed achievements, local high scores, game settings, audio preferences, accessibility settings, language preference, tutorial completion state, and a player nickname if you choose to enter one. This information stays on the device and is not transmitted to us.

3. Information we do not collect

Gravity Station does not collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address, payment information, government identification, contacts, photos, camera content, microphone recordings, messages, location data, health information, biometric information or browsing history. The game does not require registration or login.

4. Data sharing

Tracston LTD does not sell personal information, does not rent or license user information, does not share gameplay information with advertisers, and does not share information with marketing companies or data brokers.

5. Advertising

Gravity Station contains no advertisements. No advertising SDKs and no advertising identifiers are used by the game.

6. In-app purchases

Gravity Station does not offer in-app purchases, subscriptions or paid downloadable content. If that changes in a future release, this policy will be updated first.

7. Analytics

Gravity Station does not use analytics or tracking services. No gameplay analytics are transmitted to Tracston LTD. If analytics are ever introduced, this policy will be updated before those features ship.

8. Online features

Gravity Station operates as an offline game. It has no user accounts, multiplayer, cloud saves, online profiles, online leaderboards, social features, chat, messaging or user-generated content. Should any online functionality be introduced, this policy will be revised accordingly.

9. Children

Gravity Station is a general-audience puzzle game and is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will review and act on it promptly.

10. Platform services

When you download, install or update Gravity Station through Google Play or the Apple App Store, those platforms collect and process information under their own privacy policies. Tracston LTD does not control those practices.

11. Data security

Because the game does not collect or store personal information on our servers, there is no central database containing player information. Progress is stored on your device using the operating system's standard storage.

12. International users

Gravity Station is available worldwide. Since the game does not collect personal information, no personal data is transferred internationally by Tracston LTD.

What this site loads

This website serves static pages from our own servers. It sets no cookies, loads no third-party scripts, uses no tag manager, embeds no advertising or retargeting pixels, and pulls no fonts from an external CDN. The video and audio on the site are hosted on this domain.

Small pieces of the interface — which tab is open, the ambience volume — live in the page's URL fragment or in memory for the length of your visit. Nothing is written to a profile.

Server logs

Our web server keeps standard access logs: IP address, timestamp, the URL requested, HTTP status, referrer and user agent. These exist for security, abuse handling and operations. They are not used to build advertising profiles, are not sold, and are rotated on a normal schedule.

Legal basis, for readers in the EU/EEA and UK: our legitimate interest in keeping the service available and secure (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Links that leave this site

Following the Google Play link, the App Store link or a mailto address hands you to Google, Apple or your mail provider, each under their own policies. The QR codes on this site encode those same URLs and nothing else — no redirect service and no click tracking sits in between.

Your rights

Where data protection law gives you rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, you can exercise them by writing to support@tracston.com. In practice the only data we hold that could relate to you is a short-lived server log entry, and we will tell you plainly if there is nothing else to give you. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Future updates may reflect new features such as cloud saves, user accounts, leaderboards, multiplayer, analytics, advertising, in-app purchases or online services. The latest version is always published on this page with the “last updated” date at the top.

If a change means the game starts collecting something it does not collect today, we will update this page before that version ships — not after.
